For help with:

Perhaps none of these fit. It's complicated.

I understand that often there are many moving parts.

What’s happening in your life that made you search for a mental health therapist?

Perhaps you are in an especially rough patch in your life and you find yourself wishing you could talk about some of the emotions in a safe setting.

Maybe you’re tired, but it’s hard to rest. OR your job has been rough. OR the relationships you’re in feel unfulfilling or shallow.

You’re not even sure what IT is, but you don’t want to keep swirling.

Was there a recent and raw betrayal that has left you overwhelmed? And you really want to make sense of what happened.

Have you heard a description of the words gaslighting or narcissism and think you have experienced that in a relationship? My guess is that if you are even considering those words, you probably have experienced it in some way.

Maybe you wish that you and your partner could COMMUNICATE better? I can offer you, or both of you, an informed approach to help you navigate that.

Let me join with you in the quest. We’ll find the pieces to help you get the whole picture: one that might offer you understanding about what’s going on and create hope and healing and change.

Hi, I’m Kaye.

With almost 20 years of counseling experience, I can help you with your overwhelm, worries, and fears. I can offer guidance and support.

I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (Tennessee License #766), an EMDR practitioner, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist through IITAP, and I am trained in EFT for couple’s work. I am finishing certification with Dr. Ramani Durvasula as a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Clinician (NATC).

What does that mean for you?

It means that I know about relationships of all kinds and that I am licensed to help you walk through life events and issues that feel too big to handle alone. And it means that I’m not uncomfortable talking about sex or trauma or the weird dream you had last night.

Therapy can help you to heal and move forward.

What should you do next?

Send me an email, and let me know that you’d like to have an initial conversation. We can find a time to have a phone or email chat, and I can answer any questions that you may have and explain a bit more about how I work. I am available for sessions in person by appointment beginning at 9 am and ending at 6 pm.

Video sessions are available by special arrangement. I use the app SimplePractice which is HIPPA compliant.
