I see you and I see your pain.

Therapy for major life transitions

Depression, anxiety, illness, betrayal trauma, aging concerns, job burnout, struggles with parenting…..?

Life happens, and it can get difficult. Many people who come to see me can say specifically “Hey Kaye, help me with _____ !” But sometimes, it’s a bunch of things at once. It’s the ‘straw that broke the camel’s back.’

I was trained as a generalist, but over my years in practice, I have acquired advanced certifications in shame and worthiness resiliency (Brene’ Brown), sex addiction, trauma recovery and for couples looking for greater intimacy.

  • Couple’s therapy

  • Individual therapy related to life cycle adjustments

  • A combo of both!

Hope and healing is within reach.

Life doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or difficult.

In therapy sessions, I want to know who you are. What are the things you do well? What is challenging now and how are you coping? I believe in our human abilities of resilience and the hope that can be found in the midst of despair. But until we can get there, it can be worthwhile to process it in a safe place. Let me help you sort through the puzzle pieces.

Therapy can help you…

  • Rediscover the you that got lost
